The devastation caused by Katrina is astonishing. WE are in the process of having all of our computer records converted to an online systems which will allow many of our employees to access your records from the various locations they have temporarily located.
However in order to help you more efficiently, please have the following information available either to report to us or to report directly to your Insurance Company. ( below is a list of some of our companies).
Most of the companies are willing to set up a claim file now, if possible you should file a claim as soon as possible. please be sure to write down the policy number company and claim number that is assigned to you. then please email this information to our offices, if reported directly.
IF possible please have your policy number and the insurance carrier available.

If you have coverage through a surplus lines company Claims must be reported directly to the broker
